For all details below, recall that I DM far more than I play, so most of these are really NPCs.
Years roleplaying: About 16, I think.
Favourite three characters? Only three? Ah jeez. Thunder Lies Dreaming, Seymmaeon, Arnol, Rodin, Battalion... bugger, that's five already, and I've barely got started.
Least favourite character? Now why would I remember that? I've played characters I didn't like, but that's not the same.
Male or female characters? Male, for preference. I don't do female characters all that well, although I try hard.
Oldest character? I'm assuming that this would mean oldest in real-world terms, so that'd be Thunder Lies Dreaming, who has remained unchanged, more or less, since his genesis in 1995 or thereabouts.
Newest character? There's one or two every week. Soltero is the newest, I think.
Most popular character? Seymmaeon, Battalion, or Thunder Lies Dreaming. All for different reasons.
Character you've never played? Ah, there's hundreds.

Jump off a bridge? Oblivion. :)
Get drunk and pass out? Taunton.
Kill somebody in a very unorthodox way? Irichallanak
Get Married? A lot of them ARE married.
Be far too hyper for their own good? Thunder Lies Dreaming.
Rape somebody? Hm. Unlikely. Seduce someone by way of spells, perhaps, but I don't think any of the characters I've played are potential rapists. Except Rilthanthus, maybe.
Be raped? That implies that such an event can be the fault of the victim, and I ain't playin' that game.
Get lost and refuse to ask for directions? Naresh.
Get lung cancer? Hm. Sithrin, I think.
Star in a horror movie? The Lost Guardian.
Star in a whore movie? What's a whore movie? Pr0n? Blivarra, I think.
Star in a video game? Ambassador-Captain Donn Tabros, Esquire.
Make the world a better place? Seymmaeon.
