Threshold of Ages went well last night, with a very stunned look right across the group at the discovery that the frontier town where they built their fortress has now been named Athelstown. And Calum has been adopted by Twilight, one of the Queen's twin tigers.

That makes three good games in the last week; I must be doing something right.

I slept only lightly, so I'm feeling tired this morning - but I seem to have that in common with the rest of the world. Hopefully, we'll have this current project completed by this evening. It'd be nice to have something done before deadline (tomorrow lunchtime) for once.

It's a gorgeous clear day out there, such a contrast to the wind and rain of the last half-week.

I just went to book a cab for inannajones for the morning. Terenure Taxi Cabs, who we called once before.

Taxi Guy: Good evening, Terenure Taxis.
Me: I'd like to book a cab for the morning.
Taxi Guy: Certainly. You're at [our address], what time would you like?
Me: Seven, please.
Taxi Guy: Going to?
Me: The airport.
Taxi Guy: That's booked now. Thank you, good night.
