Managed to get some sleep in by way of turning on the fan at about 04:30 or so. Up until then I was drifting in and out of strange, uncomfortable dreams, in which I was wandering round a very hot Dublin with no people in it, with water rising in the streets. Work now, on three hours sleep. Yay.
An article (or half an article, for nonsubscribers like me) in Nerve, about a polyamorous line marriage in California. Fascinating stuff.

niallm had an unfortunate event with his DSL, and is therefore present to partake of ours. He and dwmalone are writing a Book, aided and abetted by olethros, and I'm sitting in on the irc channel where the discussion is taking place. It's fascinating, possibly more so because I understand about a quarter of what's being said. They have a deadline tomorrow.
The heat is slightly frying my brain, although not as badly as yesterday. Even yesterday, though, I managed to pin together enough mental capacity to do a second deviantart desktop, with which I'm rather pleased.
I'm also listening toolethros' CD1 of the first Bruderschaft release. It's rather good stuff. There's a sample of someone kocking on wood in one track, which is making me jump.
