N-Gage

So I now seem to have an n-gage phone/game deck thingmajigit. niallm decided he didn't have a use for it, and in a fit of mad generosity, has given it to me on permanent loan. It's really rather funky, although some aspect of it seems to hide things from me - inannajones had to work out how to change the ringing tone, and I had to look for help on the web as to how to change the picture it displays.

Now to get used to keypad/predictive text again, having had a qwerty keyboard for over a year.

Insomnia Redux

Insomnia again. I figure it's fairly directly related to going back to work on Monday, and I'm hoping that my body is being sensible and getting some inevitable insomnia out of the way now, instead of tomorrow night. It's not even the usual whirl of thoughts thing when I have insomnia, it's just a few lazy circling concepts, some about work, some about game things, some about lj and deviantart and other online haunts. Tomorrow, I think, I will spend not so much online, and more playing games - computer games, that is, since the RPGs have had some exercise lately.
