The OU sent me a letter by DHL, from Milton Keynes, at considerable expense, I assume, given that DHL charge a good bit. It is a single photcopied sheet saying that due to my late registration (they lost my registration, twice), they will not be sending me the preparatory materials. "Please do not be concerned about this", they say. I'm not, guv. I'm concerned at the spending of a tenner on something that a postage stamp would have got here a day later.

... or they could have emailed you, which would be free and faster...

OU

One of the principles of the OU is as much equality as possible. They do not assume that you have e-mail and will not use it unless you ask them to.

A starter humanities course, which will hopefully turn into a degree in English Lit, given enough work.
