(no subject)

Gym this morning for a whole hour, and it was hard work. Like, really hard work. Muscles were stiff from the small amount I did yesterday, and weights were difficult even after more stretching than usual. But the sauna afterwards was at 90°C, rather than the usual 75 or so, and It Was Good. I felt pretty much ready to take on anything coming up to the office, and it possibly hasn't quite sunk in yet that I have a LOT of html tuning to do before this afternoon when the Boss is back.

*does quick math* Er. That's approximately 194 degrees Fahrenheit. That's quite... warm. I was in a sauna once at 112 degrees F, and I thought that was quite a good idea. But yikes, man. Wow.
