Sleep now please?

I believe it may finally be cool enough to sleep. And believe me, if I can't get to sleep, there's something odd going on.

It's not quite as good as it used to be - in college, I could sleep sitting up on an office chair, and I think I managed to doze off standing up once. Certainly I can sleep through almost anything in the way of incidental noise. But heat will stop me getting to sleep all the same.

anyone who's read my journal sees it's mostly updated at 5am! insomnia certainly does suck. and the heat is not helping recently.
having said that we just booked a two week holiday in sunny Zakynthos!! at least we have beach, pool etc there!
