If it doesn’t get cooler tonight than it did last night, I’m going to have to consider sleeping in the garden.

I slept in the garden twice when I lived in Roebuck, cause of the heat and a small bedroom. It was lovely. We had big pine trees at the bottom of the garden that offered cover. The neighbours kids woke me up at about eight by playing a war game though.

Can't sleep in this garden here, but I'm going insane, cause when the nirds wake up at four they wake my birds up, so I either have to sleep with the window shut, or get up at four and knock budgies over the head.

Buy a fan. Or, if the heat is really unbearable (are you made of butter and ice or something? It's not that hot... yet!) get one of those small wheely aircon units to stick beside your bed.
