Liftoff

And it’s launched. Several months of hard work, a few weeks of late nights, far too much coffee, and one very early morning have resulted in 2006’s new version of Sports Interaction. Key features here are that the frames are gone, and it does clever Ajax things while you’re not looking. The layout is also predominantly CSS. There are still a few bits and pieces to be fixed, but by and large, it lives.

Congratulations on coming through the birthing pains!

(Actually the first time I loaded it, there was no data in the TCP connection; the second time worked ok ;-)

Site looks nice.

But that poker software is a pain in the ass! Registration is severley FUBAR'ed.

The poker is a third party production, licensed by us. What exactly was the problem? I'll pass it directly to the product manager.

Quick problem (in Firefox anyway): the Top 5 Bets seems to be indented out such that the Race Card obliterates it. Screenshot here: http://www.seqn.net/Screenshot.png (I'll remove that png shortly, no doubt it is breaking copyright!)

That's interestingly buggered up, alright, though I can't replicate it here. What OS are you on, and is it happening with the other tabs?

Cheers!

It happens with Firefox 1.5.0.5 and Mozilla 1.7.12 on Ubuntu 6.06. It doesn't happen on Firefox 1.5.0.6 on my Macbook (running OS X 10.4.7) though. On IE6.0.2800.1106 (under Wine in Ubuntu) it is fine.

Oh, just noticed something similar happens to the Featured Bets tab also. Very odd. Perhaps it's some CSS thing; under Firebug's inspector I can't see much strange with the html code.
