I suspect he has subcontracted demented elves to do the wrapping. Well, I feel demented after wrapping a few, doing it for a living would result in insanity. Unless you're referring to unwrapped presents under the tree, in which case I declare heresy.
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white?
White. Good grief, you need to ask? There's a house near us which uses that particular shade of electric blue on their tree, visible from the road. Every year I fantasize about dropping a note through the door expressing my opinion of that colour on a Christmas tree. Haven't done it. Yet.
4. Do you hang mistletoe?
If it can be got, yes. Our party-goers tend to not notice, I think.
5. When do you put your decorations up?
The night before the Yule Party for most of 'em, but I usually put up some ribbons by the door on the 1st of December.
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)?
Hmm. I'm torn between the turkey and the ham, and thanks tofrostious, lasagne keeps making itself known. The whole thing, really.
7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child:
We didn't do a whole lot of Christmas stuff when I was a kid. I do remember delivering a rocking-horse my father was making for someone at 03:00 on Christmas Morning; that was pretty cool. The first year in Finland was amazing, although I was, what, 20? then.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
No notion. Eight? Nine?
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
Depends what country we're in. In Ireland, no, in Finland, they're all opened that day.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree?
White lights, dangly things, tinsel, gold star on top, and occasionallyshandri_cat.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it?
Snow is my second-favourite weather after thunderstorms, and since we get more thunder than snow in this country, it's a lot more effective for getting me going. So that would be love it
12. Can you ice skate?
Dunno, never tried. Given my general ability with controlling my feet, I can probably fall down a lot.
13. Do you remember your favorite gift?
I've got many, many fantastic ones frominannajones. I can't easily pick one.
14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you?
Traditions.
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert?
You can't beat a good Christmas Pudding.

In Finland, placing candles on graves. In Ireland, midnight services.

A gold star. None of this fairy nonsense, it only encourages them.

I don't know. They're very different. I think giving, but that might not be entirely true.

Good King Wenceslas, apparently, having checked the playlists in my head. I did not know that about myself.
20. Candy Canes! Yuck or Yum?
They really are rather awful. We got half a dozen one year; the cat was still playing with the last one in April or so.
21. Do you like fruitcake? Would you give it to someone as a gift?
I like it, but I wouldn't usually give it to anyone.
22. How long will you keep up your christmas decorations?
6th of January. Definitely.
23. If you could have a reindeer as a pet, which one would you have?
I don't know. Are any of them gamers? Can't have a non-gamer hanging around.
24.Do you stay up to see if maybe you hear sleigh bells?
Never even occured to me. Might give it a go. Or, indeed, buy a set and sneak around the neighbourhood jingling them... no, hang on, won't be in Ireland this year.

I, too, am baffled about this egg nog, but I heard it's alcoholic, so probably that.
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?
He never wrapped ours when we were kids. We presumed he didn't have time. He probably didn't. I heard that assembling a rocking horse after drinking all the beers people left out for him over the course of the night is rather difficult for Santy.

Mine are white. I believe my parents have red ones, plus an eclectic mix of old lights in several colours.
4. Do you hang mistletoe?
Only ever saw it in Birmingham on New Years Eve, to be honest.

Usually when we get some new ones and can't hang on any longer. I believe it was December 1st last year before we broke.

Smoked salmon on brown bread, traditional Christmas morning breakfast.

Probably the year we all three got up at two a.m., unwrapped our presents, relit the fire, and played until six, when we went back to sleep.

I was about ten I guess, I think I just figured it out.

We used to open them all on Christmas Eve cause no one cares about gifts when hungover. Then my parents started drinking sensibly and that went out the window.

We don't have one, so last year we wrapped a wooden giraffe in lights and hung baubles from his ears.

Give me enough to make a slide down the driveway, and I love it.

No. I went once, about thirteen years ago, and it ended in literal tears.

Oh, yes! My uncle bought my pony Copper for me when I was 13. I got him on December 13th but he was for Christmas.

Family.

Chocolates. I don't really like any of the traditional ones.

The dog peeing on the Christmas tree/the cats playing football with the decorations/dogs eating nativity characters out of the crib.

I don't think anything does, since the dog ate the star one year.

I love giving, but I always feel cheated if what I recieve is less that what I gave.

Bandaid Do They Know It's Christmas, of course. I have to be convinced not to sing it outside of December.

Actually, yes. My parents house is freezing, so I tend to avoid showering as much as possible over Christmas. A Santa hat covers a lot.
