Let's see, I haven't really updated since Friday. SO.. Friday evening, game, which went a bit awry on the the timing. The trouble seems to be that the decisive players get less time, because I percieve the same amount of stuff happening to them as to the less decisive players, who then get more time. This will be fixed by an egg-timer or something similar, so Dublin people are please to look out for a seven-minute sandglass or something similar for me.

Saturday morning, up early to get out to Gaelcon and run the Planescape game, which I thought went very well. I had good players at my table, and we finished on the nose of three hours. Poked at the trade stands - admittedly looking for stuff to order through Greenwood Games than for stuff to buy, but bought a drinking horn for inannajones.

Then went back into town, met inannajones and olethros, who were shopping. So I stood outside the shops while they went inside, and then we went to Goodworld for dinner. Goodworld is the best Chinese restaurant in Dublin, bar none. And we're recognised there by now, so they don't try to give us forks.

Thence to olethros place, out again to find icecream, back in, and then metalrabbit phoned, so we all went to their place. Her brother proceeded to get to an amusingly drunk state and rant a sort of political-violence-burn-them-all rant. And mr_wombat had a very nice white port knocking about.

Sunday... Sunday's a bit of a blank. Oh yeah, grocery shopping, some cleaning up, and then a major reformatting of the sitting room, resulting in a room that looks about twice the size it was. Which was pleasing. I like moving furniture around. And a bath in the evening was very pleasant, although due to that and another Lush product, there was glitter everywhere, and due to being a Hairy Bloke, there's still more glitter on me than on your average perkygoth.

Then Monday, a bank holiday here... went into town, didn't get anything we were looking for, really, but did get the new Dungeon, which has rules for d20 Mecha in the Polyhedron part. And we bought some nice odds and ends of food in Avoca. Then home, bit of netsurfing from inannajones' machine, and then an evening of playing Neverwinter Nights. Which ended in a fight with some form of automaton that seems damn near impossible to beat... and then the machine crashed. Bah to it. But a relaxing weekend, all told.
