Experimental Morning Post II

Experiment. I'll most likely kill it in the morning.


Weather: Cool, still a bit grey, but not raining or windy.
Breakfast: Avocado toast on bagel with fried egg, coffee.
Wearing: Black jeans, a blue tshirt. Barefoot.
Words written yesterday: 225 or so on Gentle Decline, a little over 300 on DW, and some miscellaneous emails.
Intentions: Continue to clear out the email inbox (down from 1800 unread yesterday to 343 this morning), write more, do some prep for an interview next week. Maybe walk to the shop for fresh veg.

What functionality is this embedded post? And what is the advantage compared to just post text?

This is a cut. It's useful for getting large chunks of text (or in this case, text which hasn't changed a lot since yesterday) off people's screens, but putting it only one click away if they want to read it. It's also useful for hiding pictures of spiders from arachnophobes, say.
