So we're off to Edinburgh in September, Nina and I, for four days - actually more like five, really, since we'll be in Edi from early on Thursday until afternoon on the Monday.
Edinburgh is my favourite city of all time, and I'm looking forward to this. We've always had good luck with accomodation there, and this time is no exception - B&B for only STG£22 ppn.
I've been looking over pictures of Edinburgh, and hearing Scottish accents on the phone for about twenty minutes during lunch, and I'm suddenly halfway convinced that I'm there - glancing out the window, I think I see the castle, even though I know fine well it's a chimney half-obscured by the blinds, and I think I can hear bagpipes in the background.
