I just got a fraud email in, in Paypal livery, asking me to fill in Paypal details, credit card number, and bank PIN to a form in the email to "confirm your email address and and Credit Card info number".

Needless to say, it's faked, so don't fill it in if you get one, and if you already have, contact Paypal, your credit card company and bank asap. It does look fairly authentic.

That's seriously annoying! Thanks for the heads up.

Last week I got one with eBay's logo on it, and various other standard eBay graphics. It asked me to confirm my username and password, that periodically eBay, for security reasons (or some such rationale) asks that it's members occasionally provide these confirmations.

Yeahright.

Considering that without being fooled by such email in the past, two months ago my account was hijacked by someone in Romania. Got with eBay about it before any damage was done. The jerk that hacked my account did not succeed in penetrating my PayPal account.

Grrrrrrrr!
