But then I smoke too much, so you could make it out of horse urine and I'd probably think it was decaf. That said, my experiences with ground coffee largely involve the machine in work, which produces something vinegary despite using the same beans as the machine in DEG which produces divine (IE tasting like instant) coffee.
not to me, it isn't. :) i've gotten so all brewed coffee tastes oily/bitter to me. i love my 1/2 and 1/2 mixture of 'folgers decaf' and 'folgers regular.' with sweeteners and creamers added, of course. >,-)
_no_ i can't drink any of it, straight. i'm very, very weak, that way. :)
Oh, yes, most definitely. I hate the way it feels like it's eating away at my teeth. And of course, once it's in my stomach, it's just racing to get out...
Best thing to do: get yourself one of those one-cup coffee filter holders, and paper filters to fit. Takes about as long as instant to make, and tastes so much better.
you know.. the stuff -is- vile, yet at times i can't get enough of it. only when it's made at home though... the crap out of the coffee vending machine at work is absolutely vile poison. every machine like that i've ever encountered always is.. though the hot chocolate is usually fair good. but i actually at times enjoy the terrible burning and artificial flavours of like foldger's crystals or whatnot. particularly if i've been drinking.. mmm.
