gothwalk: (hope springs eternally from my fist)

I saw a robe on a site that [livejournal.com profile] inannajones pointed me at. The site sells women's caftans and robes, and many of them are really, really gorgeous, like this one. However, I'd like to know if equivalent garments - robes, caftans, whatever - exist for men in similar styles. I've tried google, but I suspect I don't know the right words - all I'm finding are abayas, which are a bit more shapeless than the things I'm thinking of. Think wizards robes, think Neo's kit in Matrix II, that kind of thing. What am I looking for here?

And no, I'm not convinced that my round bearded self would look at all good in such robes, but I'd like to know if they're out there.

EDIT: First link I gave didn't work - site being awkwardly designed. Instead, go to http://www.razadesigns.com/gallery.php, choose "Theatrical/Costumes", and then "The Queen of London".
I have a printer, a HP Deskjet 640C to go. It's in working order, it has cartridges. I have no room and not much use for it. First person to call gets it, as long as they can come and pick it up today. Otherwise, I think it's (regretfully, because I'm just a packrat, I'm the packrat) for the bin.

Y'know, it's a good thing I'm fond of the ability to open the window in the study. Because otherwise, I'd probably block it up with bookshelves. As it is, I'm looking speculatively at the narrow corridor bit coming in and thinking "I could go sideways coming in." I've brought all the stuff that has been knocking around the rest of the house up, and shelved it reasonably neatly. About four metres of shelf space is bought gaming material, and the best end of another metre is my folders and notebooks. Comics - even Knights of the Dinner Table - are not counted, nor maps, miniatures, or other paraphernalia. And I still have two boxes sitting beside me, waiting to be sorted, foldered, and shelved, only there are no shelves left.
