It pleases me immensely to have found a page of Finnish weather-cams. There's one in Lahti, although I'm not quite sure where it is in the town, and one in Savonlinna, actually showing the castle (looks like sunset there right now, which is rather nice). And several in Helsinki.

A birdwatcher and stormchaser has compiled thiscollection of weathercam links. The site has not been updated in a while, though, so some of the links have gone to rot.

Lahti, Kärpäsenmäki, is on the northern entrance to the town, I think, a kilometer or two from the bus station.

Lahti, Upon silta does not ring a bell, I'm afraid. Since Upo is a big industry, one might guess it to be located in the eastern industrial area.

Aw man, my meteorolog husband will be utterly thrilled to see those! And there are a couple of them close to us, too, Loppi and Hyvinkää are practically neighbours.
