This dose is puzzling me. There's almost no coughing now, and only a slight wheeze most of the time. Permanent headache and sinus pain. Barring slight concentration problems, there's not much wrong while I'm sitting. Let me lie down, though, and the headache promptly gets worse (this didn't stop me from sleeping for 12 hours straight last night). If I stand up, I rapidly become aware of muscle aches, and feel weak and dizzy. And my appetite appears to be around normal. I think it's still flu, anyway. Whatever it is, I'd like it to be over soon.

From what I was suffering, it took me about three days to get over that bit. Get more sleep seems to be the trick.

Are you coughing up a whole load of crap/gunk/catarh? Becuase that was one major problem with me.

Thats good!
Sleep, and stay warm, even if you are sweating. Are you like what I was, freezing one second, and a moment later sweating?
If you are keep warm, and change lots...granted I was going through a very *icky* sickness.
