Contrary to all predictions, the White Wolf stuff sold faster on Ebay than the D&D stuff I have up now. I also received the Spelljammer: Crystal Spheres book in the post this morning in work.
eBay is a FASCINATING glass fishbowl for armchair psychologists. I love tracking micro-trends in cost, supply and demand in these ultra-specalized collector's niches -- watching absurb spikes and crashes in the perceived value of some book or figurine.
I currently feel a little ashamed for buying a bunch of patterns at a 99 cent sale, turing around and slapping up a trendy movie tie-in to sell the same patterns at $5-10 each. It just seems so.. easy. These pattern sales are from a national chain; it's all over the country with the same sales, and anyone could get these.

It is a cool duster, though.
