Weekend & Presents

That was quite a weekend; I almost need another weekend now. We had the party on Saturday, and then a smaller dinner on Sunday. Both are traditional by now, and both were great. Sunday's dinner included some exchange of presents - I got some on Saturday as well.

inannajones got me a subscription to the new Mediaeval History magazine, so I'll be most excellently supplied with ideas for the next year's gaming.

wyvernfriend and grutok got me a twelve-piece general use toolkit. It's hidden away in the study now where I can play with it in private.

syleth got me the Slayers Guide to Gamemasters. Concealing it from the players has failed.

puritybrown got me a sundial-watch-pendant thingmajigit, which is brass, very very cool, and right on time according to this morning's test at sunrise.

And then there was the box of cheese from microgirl. Oh. My. Gods. There's still some left, but there won't be by tonight.
