A thing I don't like about autumn is the fact that the mornings get darker. I have no problem with the evenings drawing in; indeed, I like it because it makes them seem that much longer. But getting up in the half-light isn't so great, and I'm not dreadfully keen on getting up when it's dark, either. It'd be easier if it was frosty *looks skywards in a hinting fashion*.

I'm going to try to do some writing tonight - game writing for Friday, a Times, and some more of the Gaelcon adventure. Hopefully, nothing will come up to interfere with this...

Other way around

I quite like dark in the mornings. The only redeeming feature of the 6.30am flight is going out in the half-light and silence and watching as the world gradually wakes up. Dark in the evenings makes me feel like some of my day has been stolen.

Re: Other way around

I think I'm beginning to see daylight as work time, and darkness as time off...
