Voice Error

The final aftereffect of the cold is that my voice has dropped - hopefully temporarily - about an octave from its normal range. I'm way down at bass notes that would disturb elephants. I doubt dogs can hear me at all. People here in work are getting fits of the giggles whenever I open my mouth. It's quite bizarre.

I've discovered that my dogs can't hear me no matter what range I speak in.

er..but that is my normal range (remembering when the pipe orgam at the local parish lost its lower register and they asked me to sub)

You should make a phone post and record it for posterity. Someday future generations will thank you for an invaluable record.
