Barbecue on Saturday, folks. The biggest social occasion of the year. You
can't afford to miss it. Our place, Ranelagh, 16:00 onward. The weather
will have cleared up by then, and we'll have a clear dry afternoon,
evening, and night. There's already a case of wine, assorted reds and
whites, in the house, and we've been promised more if it's needed (all hail
puritybrown!). RSVPs are good, but feel free to turn up even if
you haven't reservupped, feel like it on the day, or find yourself
unexpectedly in the country. There are a number of you people I haven't
seen in quite some time, so if you're reading this, and you're on this
island, I want to see you there. (People not on the island are also very
welcome, of course).

Is there anything in particular you'd like me to bring, food or drink wise?

By which I mean, if D&D finishes early enough, I'll drop by. How late is it likely to continue? And where is your place? (I've been given to understand it's quite close to where I now live).
I'd try and blow off the game, except I'd already agreed, and it really is the first session in over three months of a long-standing campaign.
(If any co-players or DM read, I'm lying above, I'd never not play. Hail, Dungeon master!)
(I'm just lying above to make sure I get extra XP and a repeater crossbow.)
