[livejournal.com profile] brucius is coming over to drop off some game, some games, and a sword. This is good, because the enormous pressure of being entertaining enough for myself for two whole days was, like, killing me, man. While I'd like to be all manly and claim that I've eaten nothing but meat and bread and drunk nothing but beer, I have to admit that some vegetables, fruit, and fruit jiuce found their way in too. And coffee. I have, however, watched more DVDs, TV series, and MTV than I ever have before put together. I've seen Buffy (the wedding episode - the equivalent of an hour of non-stop in-jokes), half an episode of Charmed (Good gods, it's awful), Matrix III: Revolutions (Enh), Cowboy Bebop (Not bad, but surely not worth all the fuss there seems to be?), and 8½ Women (Actually held my attention. Not bad at all).

[livejournal.com profile] miroza_cat has demanded and got more attention than she normally gets in a month. Nuisance of a beast (she's reading over my shoulder).

I enjoyed "Bebop" but that was mostly because I like the music. It seems to really strike a chord with some people, but I guess I'm not one of those people.

I've noticed that people who watched it all in one go (or close to it) seem to like it less than people who watched it spread out over time, though.

Ah well. I liked Ed, and Ein.
