If you put an image onto some type of flash card (or even CD) and take it into a photo store with any other photos you might want printed they will of course print it there. Computer generated images come out just as well and often at better quality than what a home colour printer can do. I would expect that piece of artwork to come out wonderfully and best of all it only costs you 10p for a standard print.
