I'll be interested to see if the list grows, or shrinks, or what. And yes, I am that organised about email. I pretty much have to be.

I don't understand the question. I have gmail, but what are 'labels'?

Labels are the part of gmail that makes it unique, in my opinion. Rather than the mailbox paradigm, where each message goes into one box, it uses labels. Every message can be labelled, with as many labels as you like, and you can then list all the messages with a given label. You can set up filters on incoming mail to label it on the way in - thereby sorting the mail by who sent it, what list it's on, what it concerns, or the like, and remove or apply labels as you like.

You can read more about labels here: http://gmail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=6578&topic=39

Hmmmmmm....

Labels are the part of gmail that makes it unique, in my opinion.

And many people use their gmail regularly, I suppose.... I've only had gmail for a week, but can't communicate with, but one person, on it. :-( Others just get blank e-mails, from me. Or no e-mails from me, at all. :-(

I 'coveted it' because of the pretty Fonts and pretty Colors, I'd be able to use. But... I can't seem to send fonts/colors/anything, to the people I wanted to send them to. :-(

I don't use gmail much (yet?). I think it would be my main account if I had broadband, but I want to have access when I'm not online. Most labeled mails are probably ones I sent myself.
