I've come to the conclusion that I have a cold, and have had for about the last two months. But it only comes out to play when I'm relaxed - it vanishes when I'm at all tense. Unfortunately, I was a bit relaxed today, and the bugger's come out in force to the point where I'm not well at all. I suppose what I need to is to be relaxed for a few days, and let it run its course, but I won't have time for that for months... I'm also very very tired - we both are - and that's not much help.

It does make some sense that your cold would "vanish" when you're tense; adrenaline is a decongestant of some note.

Still, I don't recommend taking it before trying to sleep. ;-P
