Hey, I keep meaning to reply to your comment about my photo of Saigon comparing it to India, but my internet always was too slow when I tried!... Maybe this comment will post. Anyway, I've never been to India but I get the feeling that Vietnam is somehow halfway between India & Japan... It's a really odd blend, half order & half disorder.
