Some interesting weather coming up. Wet and windy, for the most part, from now until Tuesday - with occasional bouts of bright sunshine. Sunday to be really manky - mainly because it's a Bank Holiday Weekend, as far as I can see - rain and high winds. And then after Tuesday, it's going to switch to dry and cold for the rest of next week, with daytime temperatures not higher than 7°C, and sharp frosts at night. Proper weather. Now, I'd like some snow, because they've had snow in Finland and in New England.

(So I'm a meteorology geek. Big deal.)

You did catch the post in which I said I wanted to get a backyard weatherstation ::coffcoff:: "for the kids," ::coffcoff:: didn't you? ;}

I've got my proper weather. Dry, cold, geometric lines of frost deisnging my car in the morning. I love it. True to New England tradition. true to New England tradition, this morning I wore an oversized fleece button-down shirt with a denim jacket over it. IT's all about the layers. 'Cause you never know when New England will decide to suddenly be ten degrees warmer.

Hey, could you do me a favor? I seem to have lost Glen and Ar's number. Would you be able to email it to me?

And when am I going to get you all over here? Le sigh.

I'm a weather geek too. Weather.com and the Weather Channel has probably spawned a whole generation of them over here ;-) I have to say, I pay a lot more attention to the weather after moving to Texas. It's so volitile here! Hurricanes, thunderstorms, tornados, rain rain rain rain rain rain...
(it's been raining for weeks here now)
