I am on Dreamwidth under the same account name. I haven't used it in donkey's years, but may consider adding it to the permanently open tabs if enough people are moving there.

Almost none, afaik, except that it's not in Russia, and LJ's servers have moved in the last while, with some associated political unpleasantness. See here: http://rahirah.livejournal.com/695706.html

I am also over there; I imported my LJ over there and have been cross-posting for a few years (probably did it when Six Apart sold out to SUP). I don't generally read over there, though, as nearly everyone I know is still here....

I find the network effects of social networks fascinating. I treat it like 2 people trying to find each other. One person needs to stay where they are :). So, I'm still here, using Livejournal primarily as an RSS aggregator.

I've seen one or two vague comments about a new LJ controversy, but I have no idea what it is. Any ideas? I too would like to know what the advantages of one over the other are.
