Has anyone asked Shrub yet "what are the circumstances under which the US will not invade Iraq?". Because after someone has explained the word "circumstances" to him, I bet he'd have a tough time finding a set. If they have weapons, the US invades. If they haven't weapons, they must be hiding them, and the US invades. He just wants a war, and it doesn't look like anything is going to stop him from having his war.

See, the problem is, whenever someone says that to him, he giggles for five minutes, then says, "circumstances? I'm not one of those heebs." No one has ever managed to keep him mentally on track long enough to answer that question. And VP Dickie uses the giggle time to dodge out of the room before anyone can ask him that question.
