I am re-reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Thinking may occur. You have been warned.

I haven't. I only saw it once, ever, in a second-hand bookshop, for more money than I had on me at the time. Probably about three quid, knowing my finances at 15.

Is it out of print? I have a copy if you're passing by Brum or I get round to visiting Dublin again sometime.

I think it is. But I'll happily borrow yours when an opportunity presents itself. :)

I re-read it a couple of years ago. It held up pretty well; wasn't quite as mind-blowing as the first time, but still very interesting and thought-provoking.

I need to re-read "Lila" at some point. I wonder where it is?

Thanks for the advance warning. I await eagerly. I am always pleased to hear somenoe make mention of the book in more than a passing manner, since I never hear anyone actually discuss the book. It's been about three years since I've read the book myself, so I may go in for a repeat performance.

I may have to send you the River Why some time. Quite enjoyable.
