Ghost Ship off the coat of Australia. Why is it that the first only other name that comes to mind is Marie Celeste? Surely there have been other ships found abandoned...

High Aim 6 is kind of a cool name, though.

Sounds to me like they may have encountered pirates up near New Guinea & abandoned their ship. The pirates, most likely, had a look at the cargo, & decided it wasn't worth it, by which time the crew may have lost sight of their ship & been unable to rejoin it (or indeed they may have been used for target practise by the pissed-off pirates). Just a theory anyway. Yarr.

ITYM Indonesia; Papua New Guinea is way to far the East. Most pirate attacks, though, are on much bigger ships.
