Inktomi / MSN Contacts?

Does anyone know anyone who works for MSN's search engine division, or Inktomi? My work website has suddenly fallen out of the listings, to be replaced by one of the most blatant search-engine / affiliate-program spammers I've ever seen, and we'd like to have this put right. A contact would be da business.

I can possibly get you a contact... but you're SoL until next week - MSN is located in Florida, and have shut down due to the hurricane until at least Sunday. :)

Anything doing on this? Hurricane sounded pretty horrid, from what I've read on report sites...
