I twisted something in my back at about 06:30 this morning - sharp enough to wake me up. Now it feels like there's something knotted there, just under the left shoulderblade. It seems that stretching should get rid of it, but that doesn't seem to work - any stretch I've tried relieves it while I'm doing so, and then it just comes back. It's not sharp anymore, just annoying.

Hey Drew! Have you considered removing the knives from your back before you go to sleep!
Works for me most the time! Hahahahahahahaha! (Your dementedly silly friend, Pip)

Nah. Anyone who gets close enough to knife me can see that I have some very large weapons easy to hand, and know how to use them. And no knife is proof against a Scottish claymore swung two-handed.

Re: back-pain

Awww... and here I was thinkin' that you'd clobber 'em with big heavy balls on chains!
A teste of the mettle so to speak!

How strange! I woke up with the same thing this morning. It happens to me every few weeks, but I've never been able to figure out why.
