The hunting of houses

Hunting for a new place to live, to be moved into ideally at the end of February.

We found a place today, except that we'd have to take it way sooner than the end of February.

Cons:
Windows are single glazed.
It's not very big, and there probably wouldn't be room for all our furniture.
I'm not quite sure where we'd put the computers.

Pros:
It's beautiful.
There are working open fireplaces in five out of seven rooms.
There's a really nice garden.
The rent works out lower for everyone, by quite a bit.
There are wooden floors, and the stairs has painted patterns on the risers.
The resident furniture is rustic-y, knobbed and carved.
Bay windows.

31st January or sooner. We can't stop paying in Mt Argus before the lease is up, though, except by special arrangement, so you won't be out on your ear without warning. :)
